Connor Flynn - Professional Sports Physiotherapist
My Story

Sport has always been a passion

I have been involved in a lot of sports throughout my life. Climbing and gymnastics are my main sports, which I have been doing for over 10 years now, but I also enjoy powerlifting, boxing and jiu-jitsu on a regular basis.

Being involved in sports to a high level, injuries are inevitable. I regularly saw people around me wearing injuries as a badge of honour rather than getting them seen to and reaching their full potential. This is something that stuck with me as backwards - peak health and performance, by definition, are devoid of injury.

This journey led me towards personal training, strength and conditioning, and sports massage. I now combine the skills from my physiotherapy degree with S&C principles and sports psychology to deliver highly individualized recovery and injury prevention plans.

My Approach

How I Work

It doesn't matter what level you're at - helping you get back to the sport and activities you love makes me happy. I work with people who do the work required and get better much faster as a result.

Fix It, Don't String It Along

No nonsense physio. I want to fix your problem, make it a strength, and see you succeed - not keep you coming back for months.

Athlete's Mindset

As an active climber, gymnast, and martial artist, I understand the drive to get back to your sport as fast as possible.

Evidence-Based Approach

Combining physiotherapy with strength & conditioning principles and sports psychology for complete recovery.

Injury Prevention Focus

Peak health and performance are devoid of injury. I help you become more robust and resilient, not just recovered.
